BRICKYARD BAKERS was born from the passion of eating well. Jim Minetti, the founder, was raised in a cooking family where the use of fresh ingredients and time-honored traditions were practiced day-in and day-out.
Decades of food preparation around the home, and a lack of availabilty to good baguettes locally, has given way to the study of small-batch bread making with a focus on the baguette.
Around the world the baguette is a staple of everyday eating, yet in our locale it has been reduced to soft, bland, mass-produced commodity. It is our intent to reintroduce a well-developed baguette to the local community.
